Qelvode is not responsible for third-party content referenced by or linked from the Platform.
8. Code of Conduct
Users agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized access attempts, or in any way that could damage or interfere with the Platform's operation.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between the User and Qelvode, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. If an agreement is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers (ECSPR) applies to regulatory aspects of crowdfunding under the jurisdiction of HANFA.
11. Changes to Terms
Qelvode reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the website or email. Continued use of the Platform after amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
